The price is formed according to the physical or volumetric weight of the parcel and the additional options checked, regardless of the day or time it is delivered. The exceptions are only under 10% rare cases for international express transport where an additional fee is charged for remote area (120 lei VAT included) because they are not easily accessible areas.
You must remember that each order is assigned a unique transport code (AWB) that must be affixed to the respective box and accompanies it in the warehouse, during transit in the means of transport and in the warehouse in the area where you want the package to arrive. Thus, it is very important that it does not peel off and that it is not duplicated. So the answer to this question is it depends.
If you checked the amount of the service purchased several pieces or opted for several courier products, yes, it is possible. But if you have opted for a single product, then you will have to find a box that is roomy enough to fit all the products you want us to deliver. 2 boxes glued under the same shipping AWB will be refused by couriers upon pickup.
We recommend this way of packing because this way you won’t have any problems when the package is picked up by our collaborators and it is the safest way to protect the contents of the package. If you don’t have a place to buy a box, you can also opt for a travel bag that you seal well with scotch tape and stick on the transport details label.
The label is the transport document that contains an AWB – unique identification code that the courier scans when picking up the package. The transport document (AWB) also contains the identification data of the shipment: consignee, sender, number of envelopes/parcels/pallets, weight, insured goods, cash on delivery details and allows tracking of the shipment until delivery.
You receive the label attached to the order confirmation email, sent after processing it, and it is not mandatory to print it, but we recommend all customers to print it in order to stick it well to the package so that it does not come off, leading to problems identifying the package in the warehouse and during transport.
For the express service, the label can be printed or filled in manually by the courier for an additional fee of 25 lei.
It is not mandatory, you can place the order even if you are not registered. But if you choose to register yourself, the site will remember your details, and the next time you will place the order even easier! You can also do this using your Facebook or Google account.
To bring a package from abroad, you must check the import box (an additional fee is charged) on the product page, and at the end you can also opt for package insurance. For this service, payment is made only by bank transfer or online with the card.
You can request compensation for the damages suffered by sending an email to [email protected] in which you detail the problem encountered and attach the payment confirmation, and if necessary, attach photos of the damaged product. The notification verification procedure involves a series of internal steps and thus the resolution of the case can take up to 90 working days.

We pick up your package between 09:00 and 17:00, from Monday to Friday, on working days, according to the specifications received in the email. As a rule, if you chose the Economic courier option, we pick up the parcel the next 1-2 working days after you place the order. For the Express option, place your order by 2:00 p.m. and we’ll pick it up the same business day!
You must know that for invoicing, the greater weight is chosen between the physical and volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying the Length x width x height of the package and dividing the result by 5000.
